About Me
Hi, I’m Gaby Rollins. I was born and raised in Brazil, and my professional journey began when I moved to Las Vegas to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. Over nearly two decades, I built a strong foundation in service and operations management — leading teams, overseeing scheduling, payroll, and inventory, and developing a passion for people-centered leadership.
In 2018, I moved to the Bay Area, where I began exploring new opportunities to grow beyond hospitality and apply my skills in broader ways. That transition led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems at San Jose State University.
Alongside my studies, I’ve been developing skills in data analytics, project management, and cloud technologies, bridging the gap between business operations and technical solutions.
I thrive at the intersection of people, process, and technology. My goal is to design systems and insights that not only improve efficiency but also empower people to do their best work.
Outside of academics and professional growth, I'm a passionate dog mom, who re-energizes with sunlight and quality time with friends.
